If you're looking to overdose on food, then British restaurant Bear Grills is the one place you should visit without delay. Once you get there, order The Hibernator and get ready to chew until your jaws drop.

According to restaurant owner Mark Winder, The Hibernator is a breakfast that packs all the right nutrients to help you make it through the day. The only problem is that these nutrients come in really impressive quantities.

Thus, The Hibernator tips the scale at about 7 pounds (over 3 kilograms). It has about 8,000 calories, of which 6,000 come from the actual dish, and 2,000 from the accompanying milkshake.

The thousands of calories contained in this breakfast come from 8 sausages, 8 strips of bacon, 4 fried eggs, 4 hash browns, a 4-egg cheese omelet, 4 pieces of toast, 4 waffles, 4 pieces of fried bread, 4 black puddings, 2 ladles of tomatoes, 2 ladles of beans, mushrooms, and a large serving of fries.

As detailed by Medical Daily, this breakfast packs so many calories that restaurant owner Bear Grills requires people ready and willing to give it a try to sign a waiver before digging in.

“We ask people to understand that they know what they are getting themselves into,” Mark Winder explains. “They have to tick a box to say whether they have any underlying health conditions,” he adds.

It's still unclear how and why this breakfast ended up being called The Hibernator. If you ask me, it's probably because, after you are done eating it, you feel like crawling into a hole in the ground and taking a months-long nap.
