The Cloud Power+ is probably the last smartphone Indian OEM Intex is launching this month. The phone is aimed at the mid-range tier, but it packs more than decent specs.

In fact, Intex Cloud Power+ mixes mid-range with high-end features, which makes it worthy for those looking for an affordable Android smartphone with decent specs.

First of all, the device is available for purchase exclusively via Snapdeal. Customers will have to come with Rs 8,599 ($135 / € 125) upfront in order to get it. Although Intex confirmed the smartphone would be available in both black and white colors, the latter version will arrive in the coming weeks.

According to AndroidOS, Intex will be bundling a screen guard and smart flip cover with every Cloud Power+ smartphone purchased, which makes the device even more appealing.

Moving on to specs, the most interesting feature coming inside the Cloud Power+ is the 4,000 mAh battery, which should provide many hours of usage.

2GB RAM and 16GB storage makes it worthwhile

Also, the Cloud Power+ is equipped with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, possibly provided by MediaTek, which is complemented by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory that can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card.

When it comes to camera, Intex's mid-range smartphone offers a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, which features autofocus, LED flash and video recording capabilities, while up in front there's a secondary 5-megapixel camera for selfies and videocalls.

In the software department, Intex Cloud Power+ ships with the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system right out of the box. In addition, it comes preloaded with many apps and services, including Opera Mini, Intex Play, Ask Me, OLX, and Truecaller.

Last but not least, the mid-range handset offers dual-SIM support, along with 3G and other connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB and GPS with AGPS.
