Dan Bilzerian, aka the Playboy of Instagram, is famous for being kind of quirky, as well as perhaps being just a little too much into himself. That showoff attitude has recently landed him into trouble, as he's being sued by an adult actress for a stunt that went wrong during a shoot and caused her to break a leg.

TMZ reports that Bilzerian, a man known for playing high-stake poker, buying film roles for himself, and posting a lot of pictures of guns, cars, and women on Instagram, decided it was a good idea to throw 18-year-old Janice Griffith from a roof into a pool during a shoot for Hustle Magazine.

At the time, Janice was without any clothes on and in a video released she can be seen laughing in the arms of strong Bilzerian. However, that attitude changed as soon as she broke her leg on the side of the pool when she landed short, presumably because at the last moment she tried to latch on to his shirt.

Griffith later went to the press and said that Bilzerian never apologized for the incident and she's now suing him because her broken leg is keeping her off work and she's already tweeted in anger that she's missed a part due to her “stupid broken foot.”

Though she's saying that it wasn't consensual, the video of the accident shows her laughing and joking right before the throw. Most likely, Bilzerian and Griffith will settle out of court, considering his huge bank account and the fact that she's now claiming that she'll be out of work due to her broken leg.

TMZ doesn't think that Griffith knows exactly how to approach the matter but they do think that she's being coached to press charges. They had a chat with the actress about the incident and she seemed reluctant to speak about her lawyer.

About the incident, she said the roof-throwing happened during a shooting session and that “It's not the best idea that we've ever had,” but wouldn't go into more details. Though Bilzerian is clearly at fault here, it's evident that Griffith is now aiming to get as big a settlement as possible.

Bilzerian is famous for his outrageous stunts, but after this, he'll probably think twice before tossing any girls off a roof into a pool, or into any body of water for that matter. It remains to be seen just how much out of his father's Wall Street inheritance he'll have to fork over to Griffith after this little Darwin Awards accident.
