Google today released an improved version of AdWords Editor, its downloadable application that allows advertisers to control their AdWords campaign. Recently, the search giant debuted the 3.0 version that represented an important step to a revolutionary program able to help users enhance their AdWords campaigns' results. The new release, version 3.5, comes with improved support for image ads and drag-and-drop functions to enable you to organize your items easier. At this time, the feature is available only for Windows but the search giant prepares a Mac edition in the upcoming weeks. The update to the latest function can be done with ease straight from the application using the auto-update function, or you can download the latest release from Softpedia. The company advises users to export their account's settings to avoid losing data.

"AdWords Editor is our free, downloadable application for managing your AdWords campaigns. Today, we've released version 3.5 which includes support for image ads, campaign targeting by region and city, and a drag-and-drop feature that makes it easier to move items from one location to another. Version 3.5 is available now for Windows and will be ready for Macs within a few weeks," the AdWords team announced today.

Some time ago, most of the users were trying to configure their AdWords account from the official page of the service. Now, the technology was improved and all the advertisers are able to make changes to their campaigns and update the account when it goes online. This way, every publisher has the possibility to configure his adverts without having to remain connected to the Internet while applying the changes.

If you want to download the latest release of AdWords Editor 3.5, you can take it straight from Softpedia. If you're looking for the Mac version, you can also find it on our website in the upcoming weeks.
