After causing a massive sensation yesterday with the news that he has in his possession a raunchy tape featuring Iggy Azalea, former boyfriend Hefe Wine has confirmed to the entire world that the video is not only real, but the Australian singer was legal at the time it was taken. Iggy had previously told the media that she was underage at the time.

In a video conference with TMZ, Wine also confirmed that Vivid Entertainment, the large adult content website which specializes in celebrity lewd tapes, was showing interest in the recording. Its most famous celebrity tape to date is the Kim Kardashian recording.

Hefe claims the tape is real, Iggy said it was fake, but then changed her mind

At first, Iggy denied that it was her on the recording, claiming that it was simply a girl who looked very much like her. However, she did set her legal team on the offensive and threatened to sue anyone who even thought about posting the video online. That was a weird move which only made sense if the video was really starring Iggy.

Later yesterday, the Austrilian rapper conceded that it was actually her appearing in the video, but added that she was a minor at the time and the video was shot without her knowledge, making it a double crime and thus rendering the video unwatchable under penalty of law.

The ex-boyfriend maintains that Iggy was legal at the time and she was fully aware she was being taped

Hefe Wine begs to differ though. He claims that he never even met Iggy until her 18th birthday, meaning that the video couldn't have been shot when she was a minor. He also adds that Azalea was “100% fully aware” of the fact that they were recording their intimate act.

Turns out the tape was stolen from the ex-boyfriend, but he would still like to get paid

However, Hefe underlines the fact that he never leaked the tape to anyone or tried to sell it. Instead, he claims that he had a hard drive with the video stolen from him a couple of months ago. Be that as it may, the ex-boyfriend made it clear that he was interested in cutting a deal for the video's release.

Since he too appears in the clip, his signature would be required, but Hefe shouldn't be counting his millions just yet, because Iggy would also be required to sign the release form and that's something very unlikely at the moment.

Steven Hirsch, the head of Vivid Entertainment, thinks that the tape has the potential to become the biggest selling raunchy tape of all times after viewing it once earlier this week.
