Iggy Azalea reveals she's been assaulted during crowd surfing at her concerts

This has to be one of the weirdest problems that a musician is faced with these days, but it's a problem nonetheless, especially if you're a woman. Singer Iggy Azalea has opened up about why she doesn't crowd surf at concerts anymore and the reason is going to gross you out.

In an interview with Hot97, the singer confessed that she's been touched inappropriately on several occasions while crowd surfing by some unruly fans and that’s why she doesn't engage in that activity anymore.

She claims that she's been “internally examined” during concerts a number of times, “I will get lurk tweets for like a week before my show, like, ‘I'm about to go to the Iggy Azalea show and I'm going to finger her’, and I'll see it and be like, ‘Please don't! That's a violation. I don't actually like that stuff.’”

Shockingly, Iggy has found out that when it comes to being a freak, girls will be prone to stick their fingers where they don't belong more than guys, “Girls will try to do it more than guys because they think it's cool, like, ‘We've both got vaginas, it's fine’. Doesn't make it OK. Buying my album for $12 doesn't mean you get to finger me when I come to your city,” the angry singer adds.

And just if you think that you'll get to cop a free feel the next time she's in town, Azalea has got some news for you, “I wear, no lie, two pairs of underpants and then a pair of skin-colored tights and then my pants as like a protection barrier, because there's just no way I'm going to be intruded.”

The Australian hip hop singer has just released her new album which is emphatically called “The New Classic.” It's proven to be an instant hit as it immediately soared to the top of the iTunes chart just hours after it was released.

Fans have been sending their congratulations and their words of thanks for the new album, but among them, there have also been some reactions from people in the music industry.

One singer who has been vocal about her support towards Iggy Azalea is Ariana Grande who tweeted yesterday “The New Classic on repeat happy release day my love @IGGYAZALEA.” To this Iggy responded “I just want to steal @ArianaGrande and ride off on a unicorn somewhere. Her voice will be the perfect soundtrack for all this.”

Then, she directed her attention to her fans and she expressed her gratitude, “To those buying the album, my amazing azaleans..thanku..your messages are meaning the world 2 me..so glad you like the album..let's get it!(sic)” she tweeted.
