Nowadays, smartphones can actually play video files in decent quality, and they even have sufficient storage space for movies, sometimes. Then, there are the recorded videos.

Unfortunately, playing the flicks on TVs is easier said than done, since phones don't have the needed video interfaces.

Fortunately, Sony decided to do something about it, releasing the IM750 MHL to HDMI adapter, which does precisely what the name implies.

So far, it's only been released in the United Kingdom, for the price of £29.99 / $45.56 / €35.42, or so exchange rates say.

A bit high for an adapter but, then again, it does also include the taxes. You can pay with various cards, as is customary for online transactions.

The Shop Sony Mobile website has the item up for order, so check it out.
