Alcatel has already introduced a handful of mid-range and top-tier Android smartphones a few days ago, and now it looks like the company is back with several more devices.

Four new Alcatel One Touch Pop series have just been unveiled at IFA 2013 trade fair: Pop C1, Pop C3, Pop C5 and Pop C7.

Even though Alcatel has yet to announce details on the phones’ pricing options, the handset maker has confirmed that these are affordable smartphones that will be available in emerging markets.

According to Alcatel, the Pop C1 and C3 will go on sale beginning October, while Pop C5 will be available for purchase in November. Last but not least, Alcatel One Touch Pop C7 is expected to arrive on the market in Q4.

The less-featured of the four Android smartphones, Pop C1 comes equipped with a dual-core processor clocked at 1 GHz and a decent 3.5-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen display.

Next in line, Alcatel One Touch Pop C3 sports a much larger 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution. The phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor and packs a 3.2-megapixel rear-facing camera with video recording.

The One Touch Pop C5 features a 4.5-inch display and a dual-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz. There’s also a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back with autofocus and video recording, as well as a secondary front-facing camera for video calls.

Last but not least, Alcatel One Touch Pop C7 boasts an even larger 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display and more powerful 1.3 GHz quad-core CPU.

According to Alcatel, all One Touch Pop series smartphones announced today at IFA 2013 will ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system onboard and will pack “ONE TOUCH live which brings great apps into one place ready for easy download so users can easily personalize their device.”
