I-O Data has released a new product in Japan, or perhaps it would be more accurate to say a set of products.

We're talking about the EasyDisk V Series of flash drives (ED-SV3 / C) with capacities of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 GB.

They have cap-less sliders for the USB 2.0 ports, warranties of 1, 2 or 3 years, a weight of 11 grams and a size of 23.5 x 58.6 x 8.8 mm (0.92 x 2.30 x 0.34 inches).

What stands out the most, though, is the portable version of TrendMicro's Antivirus program. Updates will be free of charge for the same period as the warranty.

People interested in one of these storage units, assuming they live in Japan, will have to part with at least 9,300 JPY ($117 / 90 Euro).
