Valeria Lukyanova, aka the original Human Barbie, after being discharged from the hospital after hate attack

Valeria Lukyanova, the Ukrainian model and viral star known best as the original Human Barbie, is said to be recuperating at home after spending several days in hospital because of a beating she received on Halloween night, from 2 unknown men who jumped her outside her block of flats.

The photo attached to this article was supposedly snapped after she was discharged: Lukyanova tells the Daily Mail that she received several blows to the head and might have even been killed had it not been for a neighbor passing by right when her attackers had started to strangle her.

The internet isn’t convinced, with voices claiming that Lukyanova has had even more plastic surgery that she’s trying to cover for.

There’s something rotten in the state of Denmark

Not that anyone is blaming the potential victim, but many people are already saying that more evidence is needed to back up Valeria’s story before they’re convinced that she was truly attacked. So far, they only have her version of the events – and not even as much as a police report to back it up.

According to the model, she was returning home with groceries when 2 men jumped her unexpectedly: they didn’t take anything from her, just started punching her in the head and face, and then proceeded to strangling her.

A neighbor came to her rescue and scared them off, or else she would have probably been killed. Valeria also says that this was a hate attack because she’d been receiving threatening phone calls for a couple of years, so maybe 2 of these people finally mustered the guts to carry their threats out.

However, as of now, her interview with the Mail is the only source available for the story: there are no police records, no hospital records, and no other photos to confirm her version of the events.

Even more, Valeria’s Facebook page is still active but she (or whoever is in charge of it) is posting only pre-attack photos and not even as much as a single mention of the attack. Even if she isn’t posting this content herself, one would expect at least a statement about the attack, since she’s already talking to the media about it.

The Internet isn’t buying the “attack” story

All this considered, as well as Lukyanova’s previous interviews and the conviction that she’s not entirely honest when she claims she’s all natural (except for the breasts) doesn’t work in her favor right now.

With videos like the one embedded below, it’s nearly impossible to take her at her word that her doll-like appearance and figure are just the result of dieting and outstanding makeup skills, and zero plastic surgery.

People aren’t buying her story, saying on various forums that she must have had something new done to her face, so she came up with this lie about the brutal attack to cover it up. Even the Mail notices that she’s speaking out on the attack as if she’s defensive because of rumors that she’s had more work done.

So, until more evidence emerges to back up Valeria’s story, people will continue to dispute it, saying she’s probably done something drastic to her face again, and lying about it because she has no other choice.
