The recently announced Huawei Vision Android smartphone has just been confirmed for launch in the UK in Q4, along with the mid-tier Huawei Blaze.

Initially slated for a September release, it appears that Huawei decided to postpone the launch of both smartphones and extended the release date to a longer and more vague time frame – Q4 2011.

This might sound as a big disappointment for Android fans living in UK who were expecting cheaper Android smartphones with high-end features, but at least the devices will make their debut in the UK before they will go live in other countries.

Although the Vision is not Huawei's Android flagship device, it was touted as the company's sexiest smartphone to date.

Huawei Vision is made from an aluminum alloy, it features a curve touch unibody form factor and is under 1cm thick.

The phone is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform and is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM 8255-1 GHz processor.

In addition, it sports an average 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and 720P video recording capabilities.

It comes with the full range of Android apps and features several preloaded games, including Angry Birds, Asphalt 6: Adrenaline, Order & Chaos Online, and Guerrilla Bob HD.

Huawei Blaze is on the mid-end side, as the manufacturer stated that the phone will retail for around £100.

The Blaze is powered by Google's Gingerbread operating system and comes with a 3.2-inch capacitive touch screen display.

Furthermore, the smartphone packs a 3.2- megapixel camera, as well as front-facing camera for video calls.

No other details about the phone's hardware configuration have been disclosed yet, but we can assume that the device is equipped with an average processor and offers HSDPA support.

According to Huawei, both smartphones will be exclusively available in the UK via Phones 4 U, some time in Q4 2011.
