Until not so long ago, figuring out how to find the best movies in iTunes was not an easy task. You could check out the "Top Movies," but that only gets you the most recent ones, not the All Time Bestsellers.

The iTunes Editors have fixed the problem by creating a one-stop page where you can find the best movie in their catalog. This selection is divided in 11 different categories: Action & Adventure, Comedy, Documentary, Drama, Foreign, Horror, Independent, Kids & Family, Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy and Thriller and there are literally hundreds of movies for you to watch. Some of the titles appear in two or more categories just so the user is going to find them much easier.

The Action & Adventure category is opened by a movie from 2012 – "21 Jump Street" that follows the story of two new cops assigned to bust a drug ring inside their old alma mater. If the comedy / adventure movies are not your thing, you may want to try a modern classic like "Skyfall," the latest James Bond flick or Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained."

Once you dive into each category, you get a clear message: this selection is not made of any Oscar-awarded movies, but rather they show the most appreciated flicks in iTunes and the ones that have good ratings on Rotten Tomato, the famous film review aggregator and forum.

Moving on to the Comedy section, you can find the most recent Set MacFarlane movie, "Ted," and instant classics like "Friends with Benefits" and "The Hangover" series.

The Documentary category swings from a serious one like "Food, Inc." to Justin Bieber's Never Say Never.

In the Drama section, you will be greeted by Leonardo DiCaprio's latest success, "The Wolf of Wall Street." The movie follows the story of Jordan Belfort, a stockbroker who got rich and famous just to attract the FBI. This is a true story revealed by Martin Scorsese that has been praised by movie critics and fans, but it did not win an Academy Award just like everyone expected.

The Foreign movie selection is great. If you are afraid to choose something, just go for "Intouchables." This movie has won 8 international awards and is based on a true story and a Number 1 Bestseller book. And since we're talking about a French movie, you might want to get "Amelie," the 2001 comedy that was nominated for 5 Academy Awards.

Moving on to Horror movies, "I am Legend" featuring Will Smith opens the list. It was not his best movie, but the critics said that this was a pretty good post-apocalyptic story. A classic like "The Shinning" could not be left outside this selection. The movie based on a Stephen King book, directed by Stanley Kubrick and starring Jack Nicholson was called the first epic horror film in the history.

There are some good titles in the Independent movies category: Dallas Buyers Club, Black Swan, Her or June are among the most appreciated ones.

The Sci-Fi & Fantasy category is another one not to be missed. Box-office hits like Star Trek, The Hobbit, Harry Potter or Matrix will keep you stuck in front of your Apple TV for days.

Check out this new selection and pick your favorites. There is no way you are not going to find a great one to indulge this weekend.
