Much has been said about Tori Spelling since her father, the prolific producer Aaron Spelling, passed away, but never has so much attention been paid to the way she amazingly managed to lose all the baby weight in preparation for the reprisal of the Donna Martin part in “90210.” Coming off a second pregnancy, the actress has revealed her secret for the weight loss: eating right and plenty of (family) exercise.

Tori gave birth via C-section to daughter Stella almost seven months ago, and she’s already back in top shape, ready to reprise her Donna part in the remake of the series that put her on the celebrity map, “Beverly Hills 90210.” Speaking with In Touch magazine, the mother of two says she got slim again gradually, always keeping an eye on her health and not stressing too much about the extra pounds.

“Breakfast was yogurt, fruit and nuts. Lunch was homemade soup with a sweet potato or soy milk base. We’d snack on celery and peanut butter, and then I’d make lean protein with vegetables for dinner. I would go for long walks or biking with the kids. We’d do physical activities every day.” Tori tells In Touch about the secret behind her enviable shape.

Of course, she could have also taken the hard way to losing weight, and trained vigorously for a while to lose the weight. But her focus was always on her health, she says. “I’m proud! I could’ve gotten here sooner if I was fanatical and worked out extensively every day, but I’m glad I didn’t. I’m so happy I did it with my family and in a healthy way.” Tori adds.

Tori and husband Dean McDermott also have a two-year-old baby boy, Liam. Speaking of how shedding the pounds worked for her the first time around, the actress admits to the same magazine that, after Stella, this was a task harder to accomplish, thus, more satisfying when she finally did so. “When I got my body back after Liam, I was happy. But this time, I was like ‘I [rock]!’ I’m a working mom of two, so to know I did it all my myself was huge.” she explains.
