By joining the Club Nokia

If there is something that will give people a blood rush that thing surely has something to do with being porn or free. Our subject is about something that is completely free, about a Nokia N95 multimedia cellphone.

Wondering how come Nokia gives away free handsets? Because they need people to test their phones and, guess what, they thought about the most simple way to make people work for them without having to pay them: give them the device they have to test and write a review about.

Voila! Everyone is happy and the guy/girl that did the testing also gets to walk home with the brand new N95 they've been testing for some time. Let's talk now about the terms and conditions of the deal you will have to sign with Nokia if you want to join in this freebie race.

The main and the most important demand you will have to fulfill if you want that free N95 is to join the Club Nokia. The second one and the one that will surely draw the line and erase some candidates off the test pilot list is that you have to be resident in UK.

If you don't qualify for this offer you might consider joining that club anyway because, as Nokia says on its official website, "Club Nokia provides you with exclusive benefits and priority customer support."

I don't know what those exclusive benefits are but I wouldn't pass on the priority customer support if I were you because, even when we're talking about Nokia, customer support might prove to be a real pain the b**t. I also know Nokia handsets don't break very often due to their high reliability but, just in case, sing on. It's free of charge ;).

Despite all the fuss around this subject, nothing is sure for now, not even that the Nokia N95 really is the grand prize of this scheme (the handset is not mentioned textually on their website, it only appears in the picture attached to this article).

If you are still curious about this whole deal, you can sign up for the Test Pilots program here and, in case any of you win an N95 this way, leave a word to tell us if it was really true.
