The slate has yet to be announced on the US market

Samsung has just pulled the veil off its new Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 tablet in early January and the slate is already available for pre-order in the UK.

British customers can grab the slate for a premium £649 / $1,075 / €787 and the first 300 lucky Sammy fans to place a pre-order will also be awarded a free Gamepad to sweeten the deal.

On the other hand, customers in the US are already waiting for Sammy to officially announce when the tablets will reach the country. Some recent rumors seem to indicate Samsung is planning something big for Valentine’s Day, so you might want to cut down on chocolate spending this year.

But, based on the UK price, what could you expect to see in the US? For the sake of comparison, the Apple iPad Air with 32GB sells for £480 / $790 / €584 in the UK, while in the US it costs $600 (the same goes for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) Edition).

Nevertheless, the equivalent of £480 / €584 is $790 which seems to indicate the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 will be hopefully riced lower than $1,076 / £649 / €787 (as it happens, US customers tend to acquire the devices at cheaper rates). What do you think?
