Despite rumors saying that she was deep in negotiations with ABC bosses to appear in the next season of Dancing With the Stars, it’s not happening. Yet.
The New York Daily News broke the news on the negotiations, saying they had it from reliable sources that Mama June was definitely one of the stars who would be on DWTS next.
However, The Huffington Post has it straight from a TLC rep that the rumors are “untrue.”
It shouldn’t be surprising, though: Mama June and her entire family are making a killing on “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” and she always said she didn’t want to be a “celebrity,” but just make an extra buck to ensure her kids’ future.
