Home Sweet Home is a home design game where the player must listen to and learn about their client's tastes. You create designs for your clients and then direct your team to assemble it all. The game was launched for Mac just recently, with a free trial version also being available.

Big Blue Bubble claims that over 3 million people have downloaded the game so far: "the long anticipated release of Home Sweet Home on the Mac is causing a stir in the casual games market," the developer notes. We reckon it is - the game has everything it needs to make a great casual title: unlockable furnishings, more than 400 furniture items available, 50 rooms (levels) to design, 50 client riddles to solve and 3 different styles of play. All this is supposed to provide you with endless hours in your personal design space.

"Picture the scene. You move into a new house and you have visions of how you want every room, except for one. Sure, there are some items you know you need in that room but, other than that, it's a blank canvas. Who do you call? How about the 'Home Sweet Home' team? Learn about your clients to ensure you are designing the perfect room for their tastes. Next, choose the furniture, choose the colors and patterns, and place items around the room until the design is perfect. Then direct your build team of workers to assemble it all in front of your eyes! With simple controls, a fun graphical style and an easy to use interface, Home Sweet Home allows the player to nurture their creative gaming experience. Remember - a house is not a home until it's 'Home Sweet Home'!" says Big Blue Bubble.

Download the free trial version of Home Sweet Home right from HERE. The game works under Mac OS X 10.3 or later and is a universal binary.
