In June this year, 85-year-old Hugh Hefner will be walking down the aisle for the third time in his life, this time, with a woman who is 60 years younger than himself. While many celebrities are expected to be in attendance, one former Playboy bunny won’t be: Holly Madison.

Holly was Hefner’s number 1 girlfriend for many years, and people actually believed that, if there was anyone with a shot at getting him to settle down again, she was that person.

At the same time, Holly made no secret of her desire to get married and perhaps start a family with the mogul, but, after years of trying, she gave up and moved out of the Mansion.

Now, she won’t even be at the wedding – but not because she’s not invited, The Hef tells People magazine at his 85th birthday party.

“I think Holly [Madison] has expressed publicly that it would be a little strange if she was there and I respect that,” Hefner says of why she won’t be at his wedding this summer.

But Holly is the only one of his most famous exes who will be a no-show for the big day: Kendra Wilkinson will be there, contrary to what she’s been saying as of late about how she didn’t even get a save the date.

“She knows she’s invited,” Hefner says of Kendra. She will also be getting her invitation in the mail soon, so she needn’t worry about that.

“The invitations haven’t gone out yet,” the mogul adds.

On the same occasion, The Hef also spoke about the shocking announcement that he was getting married again, when he never showed any signs that he was inclined to go down that path again.

As it turns out, the decision to marry Crystal Harris took him by surprise as well, but that’s not to say that he has doubts about taking this step.

“I never expected to get married again. But the reality is I can’t see myself with anybody else, and I just want to give the relationship that kind of formal statement,” he says.

“I think Crystal deserves it. I love happy endings,” Hefner adds.
