This past Wednesday, a woman by the name Shania Dennis was taken into police custody in Pittsburgh on account of her selling Happy Meals whose only ingredient was heroin.

Talking to the press, drug detectives in said city in Pennsylvania, US explained that the woman had been working at a McDonald’s restaurant at 6361 Penn Avenue in the Bakery Square section of East Liberty for quite a while at the time when she was arrested.

For some reason, Shania Dennis decided that it might not be such a bad idea to make a little extra cash by selling drugs to folks stopping by at this restaurant.

According to CBS, the people who wanted to buy heroin from this McDonald’s restaurant in Pittsburgh were supposed to go through the drive-thru and utter the following coded request: “I'd like to order a toy.”

Having placed their order, they would head to the first window. Here, they would only have to extend their hand to grab hold of a Happy Meal box that contained heroin.

While receiving their box of heroin-based Happy Meal with one hand, the McDonald's worker's customers used the other to pay the woman.

The same source tells us that the drug detectives who arrested Shania Dennis did so after receiving information about the illegal business transactions she was carrying out while working at McDonald's.

In order to confirm that this information was true, agents working with the District Attorney Narcotics Enforcement team went undercover, and organized a controlled buy.

By the looks of it, Shania Dennis failed to realize that something was off, and served the drug detectives their very special Happy Meal just as she would any other of her customers.

Despite the fact that the woman is now in police custody, officers have not yet been able to determine neither for how long she had been selling Happy Meal boxes containing heroin before she was arrested, nor how many customers she regularly served.
