Google is that kind of company that tries to develop new solutions or projects with users' help by enabling them to send feedback messages or even contribute to the developing process of new ideas. The best example is represented by Google Labs, a solution released by the search giant especially to help employees and other users test the features designed to be implemented in Google's products. Google Labs was also included in the video service, TestTube representing a new testing platform for the well-known YouTube. Although some Google customers sustain the company is not interested in users' suggestions, the search giant improved a lot of solutions according to the feedback messages received for certain products such as Google Groups, Gmail and AdWords.

AdWords is the advertising platform developed by Google that helps you attract more visitors on your website by placing adverts on the search engine result page and into Google Ads distributed via AdSense. Because the number of registered clients is huge, AdWords Team is continuously communicating with their customers to improve or fix their issues regarding the advertising solution.

The number of AdWords users is increasing every day, so it's obvious that Google needs more employees to keep the service accurate. That's why the Operations team (the one that supports advertisers) will move into a new office because the group is continuously growing. The most interesting fact is the AdWords team wants to decorate their new office using photos sent by the publishers along with a description of their company and the customer ID.

"If you want to share your photo, visit the official page for all the details. Along with your photo, we ask that you include your name, your customer ID number (so we can match you up with your account), your business name, and a description of the photo. High resolution images, greater than 5 megapixels, are best. We'd also love it if you could include a paragraph describing your business and how you are using AdWords. If we use your photo we'll also send you a small thank you gift. Thanks for helping to make our offices a happier, smilier place," the AdWords team sustained in a blog post.
