14 DAY TRIAL // As the entire world must know by now, Heidi Montag was once so unhappy with her body that, despite being in her early 20s, she had a complete makeover, possible through extensive plastic surgery. She even boasted to the media about undertaking as many as 10 different procedures in one single day – and the result of these can clearly be seen in the video below, made available courtesy of Us Magazine.
We also informed you on more than one occasion that “The Hills,” the reality show in which Heidi also appears, will include footage with her family and their reaction to her new, surgically enhanced look. The promo for one of the upcoming episodes shows just that, while also making a rather painfully sad revelation: Heidi Montag is not even able to chew her own food and is struggling to chew a bite of a burger during a family dinner, when they’re talking about the reasons behind her altered physique.
“Her sister Holly tells her she was shocked Heidi, 23, got all the work done because she always had ‘confidence... I don’t know what happened.’ Heidi, 23, says she just ‘wanted to be happier.’ But her mom tells Heidi she needs to deal with her ‘insecurity on a psychological level.’ ‘You don’t live where I live!’ Heidi snaps back. ‘So should you not live in that area?’ her mom asks her,” Us Magazine says of the preview.
However, it’s not until the camera focuses on Heidi trying to eat that one realizes just how incapacitated she still is after surgery. “The extent of Heidi’s surgery is revealed when the reality star tries to eat a burger. ‘How’s that burger?’ her sister asks. ‘I can’t really chew it,’ Heidi says. Flustered, her mom spats, ‘Want me to put it in a blender for you?’” the same mag further writes.
When Heidi seems to be on the verge of tears (though really not one single muscle moves on her face), her mother admits that they took the matter too far and pats her lovingly on the shoulder, assuring her that they will stop. Below is the video.
