The Google Russia team is now singing "Happy birthday to you!" as their local version of the company marks the first anniversary since the release. The company is celebrating the event with a new office in Moscow meant to attract the Russian experienced engineers. At this time, Google owns one more Russian office in Sankt Petersburg with almost 50 employees. According to OSP International, the Russian offices will be based on the developing process of new solutions because 80 percent of their activities are based on the creation of new tools especially addressed to the local market.

"To mark the anniversary of its presence in Russia, Google, instead of announcing business results, has announced the movement into a new Moscow office. It still looks semi-empty but the team of the Russian representation is growing extremely fast being joined by people of any profession: project managers, marketers, PR staff, accountants and developers," OSP International reported.

It seems like Google is now looking for new Russian personnel as the candidates are hired quickly just after they manage to pass the tests and the interviews. Although this might look like a common-company decision, the entire new staff is sent to California, Ireland and UK for more advanced training.

At this time, Google is an impressive company with 10.674 employees in the entire world and numerous regional services for a lot of countries. Earlier this year, Forbes named Google as the best company in the world to work for because it provides the highest salary bundled with an amazing atmosphere, bonuses and promotions. For example, all the Google employees have the possibility to use 20 percent of their work time for individual projects based on the services developed by the search giant.
