Kidnap victim Hannah Anderson has recounted her horrific tale to Savannah Guthrie on Today.

According to Hollywood Life, Anderson was never told that her mother and younger brother were dead.

James DiMaggio, the man living in her mother's home, took her hostage and brutally killed her mother, setting the house on fire.

He used a timer to torch the home, which allowed him a 20-hour head start. Anderson's 8-year-old brother Ethan was in the house and died in the fire.

Anderson details having DiMaggio tell her about his plans to drive to Idaho and remain there. He promised to let her go once they hot there.

He also played a game of Russian roulette near her and wanted her to play, which she refused to do.

“When it was my turn, I started crying and was freaking out. [..] And he said, ‘Do you want to play?’ And I said, ‘No.’ And I started crying and then he’s, like, ‘Okay.’ And he stopped,” Hannah recalls.
