14 DAY TRIAL // According to the latest reports, Hank Baskett is a lying cheating dog: the NFL star cheated on his wife of 5 years, Kendra Wilkinson, with a transgender model as Kendra was 8 months pregnant with their second child. Then, rumor has it, when he started fearing the story might get out, he tried to buy the model’s silence.
Whether Ava London (or Ava Masaniai), the transgender model in question, is in any way responsible for the appearance and circulation of these rumors, is not yet known. What is certain right now though is that she’s receiving more attention from the media than ever – and most of it is not welcome.
In other words, she’s being harassed by media representatives and the paparazzi, TMZ informs. With allegations as scandalous as those involving her, about a man believed to be a faithful husband and devoted father until now, it’s no wonder people want to find out more about her.
They’re going about it the wrong way though, the celebrity publication notes: several people have already tried to buy surveillance footage from the camera in the lobby of London’s LA apartment building, hoping that, this way, they will get confirmation (or denial) of the Hank Baskett affair.
According to reports, he only visited her once, when they had relations, staying for up to 20 minutes. They never met in person afterwards, but he called her several times when he heard the scandal around Casper Smart, of whom two other transgender models said they had had relations with when he was still with Jennifer Lopez.
Baskett was allegedly afraid that his transgression would also make it in the newspapers, so he offered to buy London’s silence. He had already paid her for the services provided on that first and only meeting, it is being said.
Now, TMZ notes, London is eager to make all this unwanted attention stop. “Cops came to Ava London's LA condo late last week to physically remove members of the media who she claims were trying to drum her out of her unit by banging at her door. She says the reporters were trying to buy surveillance video from the building manager, to see if Baskett ever showed up,” the report claims.
“London's lawyer also claims some outlets are making up stories. He cites In Touch magazine, which claims to have interviewed London. The lawyer said that never happened and is threatening to sue,” adds the same media outlet.
Meanwhile, Hank and Kendra are keeping mum on the topic of the scandalous affair, though she’s been pretty active on Twitter these days.
It could be just a coincidence but, over the weekend, Hank was seen leaving the family home in a fury and checking into a hotel, where he spent the night. Not few have been those to put 2 and 2 together and conclude that Kendra kicked him out when she found out about the cheating. After all, it is common knowledge that most glossies, including tabloids, reach out for comment before running a story, even one as outrageous as this.
