The people at Volvo seem to always be looking for new, increasingly dangerous ways to prove that they sell reliable trucks.

In their new stunt, they let a hamster drive a 15-tonne truck on the edge of a cliff. Charlie, the hamster drives a Volvo truck in Los Tres Cunados in north-west Spain, IBB Online reports.

He steers a Volvo FMX, which must be so easy to navigate that even a rodent can do it. According to the video, you can even steer it with your fingertips.

This experiment has been performed in a steep quarry and Charlie was placed on the steering wheel.

A driver sits in the car and guides Charlie with a carrot, showing that even the gentlest touch will have the truck moving where and how you want it.
