14 DAY TRIAL // Halle Berry has always been very vocal about how much she dislikes the paparazzi. Her fiancé Olivier Martinez certainly feels the same way, especially after last night’s incident at LAX, as they were returning from Hawaii.

Basically, Halle and Olivier were walking out of the airport with Halle’s daughter Nahla, when they were swamped by the paps.
They and their flashes and constant yelling was scaring Nahla, so Halle tried to get them to make a hole for them to pass.
At one point, Olivier kicked one photographer. He also made a move for him after he put Nahla in the car, but was restrained by Halle and convinced to just walk away.
Perhaps more infuriating is the second part of the video, where the paparazzi are looking at the photographer’s injuries debating whether he should press charges or not.
