14 DAY TRIAL // Halle Berry may be one of the most appreciated actresses in Hollywood, as well as one of the best looking female stars of the moment, but, when it comes to relationships, she is, by her own admission, not the luckiest gal on the planet. However, since she met model Gabriel Aubry, she has managed to start a family – a family that she’s about to expand as soon as possible, if the rumors currently circulating are accurate.
Berry gave birth to daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry in March last year, but that has not stopped the rumor mill from saying that she might be already expecting another child. As the actress stepped out shopping the other day, the paparazzi snapped her in a rather unflattering top that made her look as if she was hiding a baby bump. This, in turn, immediately got several publications to say that she might be pregnant again.
If that were the case, then it would certainly fit in with the couple’s plans for a larger family. In the latest issue of People magazine, Aubry revealed that they were trying for a sibling for Nahla, since both him and Halle had grown up in large families and wanted the same for their baby girl. According to the model, whom Halle met during a Versace photoshoot and from whom she has been inseparable ever since, the actress feels the same way as he does about adding another member to their beautiful family.
“[Nahla] needs a sibling. I think it’s important. I’ve never known anybody who’s had a single child [and] I’ve always been around big families. I believe in big families. [Halle is] okay with it. Absolutely.” Aubry, 10 years Halle’s junior, told People magazine. This, again, would go with the actress’ previous statements, made especially after bringing Nahla into the world, in which she was saying that she wanted more children as soon as possible.
When contacted by the media, Halle Berry’s publicist was not available for comment on the latest pregnancy rumor.
