He probably wanted to impress his girlfriend, so he mass defaced some sites

“List of 283 defaced websites courtesy of Anonymous,” read a tweet posted not long ago on the Anonymous Operations Twitter page.

We checked out the list of 283 websites and concluded that they mainly belong to businesses from Sweden. There were a few .nu, .com and .eu domains, but most of them were hosted on .se top-level domains.

Many of the affected sites have been restored, but some of them are still down and we have even found a few that still displayed the defacement page posted by the hacker.

So far, you may think that there’s nothing out of the ordinary. You could think that it’s just another mass defacement, but here comes the good part. Take a look at what the messages posted on the defaced pages read.

“You are the most beautiful princess in the universe. Did you know that? Your lover, Z,” reads one of the messages.

“Who loves you more than I do? Z,” reads another.

It’s uncertain who Z is, but it’s clear that he’s madly in love, so he decided to make something special for his soul mate.
