The phone includes 384 MB of RAM and 512 MB of ROM, along with a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32 GB of additional storage space.

The specifications list of the device shows a 3.2-inch capacitive touch screen with pinch-to-zoom capability, which is able to deliver a 240 x 320 pixel (QVGA) resolution, a 5-megapixel photo snapper with auto focus, flash, video recording and geotagging, Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g), Bluetooth 2.1, micro-USB connectivity options, 3.5 mm stereo audio jack, built-in GPS receiver, FM Radio, music and video players, support for 7.2 Mbps download speeds, and a web browser with full Flash support.

The features list of the new phone includes photo sharing on Facebook, Flickr, and Twitter, along with video sharing on YouTube, HTC Caller ID showing the contact's Facebook status and a birthday reminder, HTC Widgets (Friend Stream, Mail, Messages, Music, News, People, Weather, and more), access to the Android Market for application download, and others more.
