The mobile phone can be seen listed on this page at themobilestore, with a price tag of Rs 53,909 ($857/€636) attached to it for the 16GB model.

The retailer claims that the handset is in stock, and that users will be receiving ordered units in one or two days. HTC One max is available in Silver.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the HTC One max arrives on shelves in India with a large 5.9-inch touchscreen display capable of delivering a 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution.

The handset also features a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 APQ8064T processor inside, as well as 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory.

Furthermore, HTC One max arrives on the market with a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 64GB of additional storage space, as well as with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity inside.

On the back, the new device features a 4MP UltraPixel camera, capable of full HD video recording, complemented by a front camera for making video calls. It also packs BoomSound stereo speakers on the front, as BGR.in notes.

The specifications list of this smartphone also shows built-in GPS receiver, microUSB 2.0 port, and a 3300mAh battery capable of delivering up to 25 hours of talk time on 3G networks. The phone measures 164.5 x 82.5 x 10.29mm and weighs 217 grams.

HTC One Max runs under Google’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system, with HTC’s own Sense 5.5 UI loaded on top. However, it will be upgraded to the newer Android 4.4 KitKat platform release in the coming months.

Users in India interested in the purchase of this device should head over to themobilestore to grab it today, or can wait for HTC’s official launch to see whether it will be available at lower price tags as well.
