HTC has already confirmed it will release its entire One series of smartphones in Canada through multiple carriers. The One X and One V are now available for purchase, while the One S is about to make its debut at TELUS and Bell Canada.

According to MobileSyrup, TELUS will launch both HTC One S and One V on May 17, though the carrier has yet to make it official.

For the time being, there are no details on the phones’ pricing options, but TELUS customers should know the HTC One V is now available for free at Bell Canada with a new three-year agreement or for $300 CAD off-contract.

There’s a high chance that TELUS will offer the One V for around the same price. Rumor has it that HTC One S will be released at Bell for $600 CAD, but the information hasn’t been confirmed yet.

Both smartphones will be powered by the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box. HTC Sense UI has been upgraded as well.

However, the One S is equipped with a more powerful hardware than the One V, hence the price difference.

For example, HTC One S embeds a dual-core Qualcomm MSM8260A Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, whereas the One V features a 1 GHz single-core Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon CPU.

On the other hand, the One V comes with microSD card slot for memory expansion, while the One S is limited to 16GB of internal memory and 25GB of free cloud storage.

Furthermore, HTC One S sports a vibrant 4.3-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution. Corning Gorilla Glass coating for extra protection is included as well.

Last but not least, both smartphones feature Beats Audio technology for a much better audio experience. Stay tuned for the latest information on TELUS HTC One S and One V pricing options.
