Another unbeatable deal for Windows Phone 7 devices is now available directly from the Redmond-based company, as several smartphones can be purchased for only $0.01.

Manufactured by HTC, the HD7, Trophy and Arrive smartphones are now available via Microsoft almost for free, but with new two-year agreements.

However, the offer is time limited and runs through July 2 or while supplies last. As mentioned above, the deal requires a two-year voice and data service contract with selected carriers that are retailing the phones.

Those who longed for a WP7 device should hurry up and take advantage of the new deal, as two of these smartphones are much more expensive when bought via carriers.

HTC Trophy is currently available via Verizon Wireless for $149.00, while the HTC Arrive can be purchased from Sprint for as low as $199.99. Obviously, both require a new two-year contract and data plan.

Coincidence or not, T-Mobile USA is currently running a similar promo for the HTC HD7, which is now available for free upon signing a new two-year agreement.

Unfortunately, the deal is only available today via webstore, so potential customers should not check out any of the T-Mobile store.

Microsoft's offer also includes free delivery via FedEx for any of the three phones ordered with an individual new line of service.

Specs-wise, the three smartphones are almost similar with the exception of the display.

HTC Arrive has a 3.6-inch capacitive touchscreen, the Trophy features a 3.8-inch display, while the HD7 comes with a large 4.3-inch multi-touch display.

They are equipped with single core 1 GHz Snapdragon processors manufactured by Qualcomm and feature a 5-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash, as well as video recording capabilities (720p).

Other interesting features of the phone include 16 GB on-board storage, 576 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity, and GPS with A-GPS (Bing Maps).
