Although HTC's 7-inch slate, the Flyer is available in the United States for quite some time now, T-Mobile could not purchase the tablet until recently.

Unfortunately, the carrier decided to allow its business customers to purchase the HTC Flyer, but no regular customer can order one of these 7-inchers.

It appears that the sales of the tablet didn't go that well, as the carrier is now offering the tablet for $300 to anyone who agrees to submit to a new two-year agreement.

Even though the HTC Flyer can not be ordered from the carrier's webstore, customers can purchase the tablet directly from HTC's site, along with the appropriate plan.

Customers who purchase T-Mobile's HTC Flyer will have to agree with one of the three plans offered by the carrier, T-Mobile Classic Overage-Free Plus Mobile Broadband Plan – 2GB / $39.99 monthly, 5GB / $49.99 monthly, and 10GB / $79.99 monthly.

The data usage offered can be used on 3G, EDGE and Wi-Fi hotspot, but none of the plans includes cellular minutes.

It is also worth mentioning that the T-Mobile USA's HTC Flyer does not come with the Scribe pen included in the sales package, so customers will have to purchase it separately for $79.99 (58 EUR).

With the HTC Scribe digital pen users will be able to take notes that sync with a recording, highlight an important passage, doodle on a picture or create their own picture.

To some degree the technology is similar to Samsung's Galaxy Note that comes with a S Pen instead of HTC's digital pen.

T-Mobile USA's HTC Flyer comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread on board and the HTC Sense users interface on top.

The tablet is powered by a 1.5 GHz single core processor and packs 16 GB of internal memory, 1 GB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
