Verizon confirmed a few days ago that HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE would be available for purchase starting July 5. True to its promise, the carrier has just released the smartphone, which is now up for grabs both online and at Verizon stores.

Customers who are willing to commit to a long-term contract can now purchase the DROID Incredible 4G LTE for as low as $149.99 USD with a new two-year agreement and after a $50 USD mail-in rebate.

Those who want to avoid being tied by a long-term contract can get the HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE for $500 USD (400 EUR) outright.

HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE will be shipped with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system integrated with HTC Sense 4.0 UI.

Although the smartphone is equipped with a dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor, it’s only clocked at 1.2 GHz. The phone’s CPU is complemented with an Adreno 225 GPU and 1GB of RAM.

The DROID Incredible 4G LTE packs 8GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

It comes with Beats Audio and ImageSense technology, as well as Android Beam, which allows users to share content instantly with other users that own a device with this kind of technology.

More importantly, the device supports 4G LTE connectivity and Bluetooth 4.0 with HID. Mobile Hotspot with support for up to 10 devices is available as well.

HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE sports a 4.0-inch S-LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution, and features Corning Gorilla Glass coating.

There’s also an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, as well as a secondary 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls. The phone is powered by a 1700 mAh Li-Ion battery, which is rated by the manufacturer for up to 9.5 hours of talk time or up to 18.7 days of standby time. Check it out here.
