Remember the HP Slate 7 Beats Special Edition? The device has been teased in a rumor mill a few times, revealing this was actually a variant of NVIDIA’s Tegra Note 7 tablet.

Now MobileGeeks has managed to get its hands on a truckload of pictures showing the device and to also deliver the official confirmation of the specs HP will be packing with this new variation.

There’s not much information to add compared to the last post, so we can't yet tell you what the Beats Special Edition signifies. Nevertheless, we do know the new Tegra 4 will arrive with a 7-inch display and users will be able to use it in concert with a passive stylus.

In terms of price, the new unit will be above the normal Tegra Note 7 with $320 / €234, which makes me think HP is bound to offers something extra in the bundle, maybe in the form of Beats headphones or a subscription to Beats Music.

Apart from that, the new tablet has an NVIDIA Tegra 4 quad-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz keeping it alive, fitted with 1GB of RAM and backed up by 16GB of internal storage.

Other specifications users might find attractive include micro USB 2.0, Miracast compatibility and a micro HDMI out that can support up to an Ultra HD 4K display.
