HP may have treated the Elitebook Revolve as the biggest piece of news in its recent press release, but the convertible tablet was not alone. The company also has the Multi-Tablet Charging Module on the way.

As the name suggests, this is a docking solution that can recharge the batteries of tablets.

All slates come with their own charging adapters, of course, but that can become troublesome when there aren't as many power sockets to go around.

The HP Multi-Tablet Charging Module will take up to 10 tablets and secure them with a locking mechanism, complete with fold-back doors that have keyed locks.

Sales will begin in January 2013, probably around the time of CES (Consumer Electronics Show). Its price will be of $499. That's 380 Euro according to exchange rates, but it is more likely that the EU price will be of 499 Euro instead.
