Following the introduction of the new and sleek Mini 5101 netbook for professional users, HP also decided to add another portable computer system designed to meet their requirements. Part of the company's growing line of ProBook business laptops, the new portable PC offers a wide variety of configuration choices, enabling the end-user to fully customize their business-focused portable PC. The new HP ProBook 4310s notebook is a 13.3-inch laptop featuring a number of new options that weren't previously available for other EliteBook notebooks.

“The ProBook 4310s maintains a savvy style and refined simplicity in a small, light package that offers increased mobility,” Carol Hess-Nickels, director, Marketing, Notebook Global Business Unit, Personal Systems Group, HP, said. “Its first-class business features, coupled with an array of wireless options, offer small business professionals the productivity and efficiency they require while in the office or on the go.”

HP's latest business-oriented 13.3-inch laptop can be customized with processor models ranging from Celeron to Core 2 Duos, integrated or discrete graphics and with up to 8GB of RAM memory. On the graphics side, the system can be featured with the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 GPU, boasting 512MB of memory. Additional features include support for EV-DO, ExpressCard 34, a card reader, a traditional and Flash-based Solid State Drive, an optional fingerprint sensor and a series of additional software utilities designed to render your system ready for work.

For added value, HP will provide you with a series of additional accessories, designed to further enhance the computing experience you'll receive from the ProBook 4310s. As far as pricing and availability go, the company announced that, for users in the United States, the ProBook 4310s would be made available starting July 20 with a starting price tag of US$799.
