Those fortunate enough to take part in this year’s Hack in the Box (HITB2012KUL) security conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will have the chance to attend some interesting talks. The agenda for the two conference days has been finalized and it seems that a number of renowned security experts will be present.

On the first day, Chris Wysopal, CTO and co‐founder of Veracode, will present the details of “Data mining a mountain of vulnerabilities.” On the same day, security researcher Charlie Miller will talk about attacks that rely on near-field communications.

The founders of The Pirate Bay, John “Captain Crunch” Draper, and Lucas Adamski, Mozilla’s director of security engineering, will also take center stage.

On the second day, the tracks will be covered by F-Secure’s Chief Research Officer Mikko Hypponen, Felix Lindner of Recurity Labs GmbH, Katie Moussouris from Microsoft’s Security Response Center and many others.

Members of the iPhone Dev Team and iOS Dream Team will also be present at the conference to host an iOS security panel discussion.
