The actress takes full responsibility for the success of her “conscious uncoupling”

There is little doubt left that Gwyneth Paltrow is a woman that is very full of herself and that she likes to rub everyone's nose in the fact that she's just about perfect. Latest rumors about the actress, who recently came into the attention of the press because of the mediated split from husband Chris Martin, say that Paltrow is now taking full responsibility for the way her divorce worked out.

Radar claims that her friends are getting an earful these days from her about how well her “conscious uncoupling” turned out and how little effect it had on her and Martin's lives, as well as the lives of their children.

A source close to the actress points out that “‘Conscious uncoupling’ has become a joke among Gwyneth’s friends,” pointing to the fact that she's been boasting about it for quite some time now.

“All she’s doing is bragging about how peaceful her divorce is and how she and Chris planned it so perfectly that it is hardly disrupting their lives,” the insider adds.

To hear her say it, Martin had no part in this divorcing master plan that she now takes full credit for. Not to mention the media campaign that she started following the split. For those that don't remember, Paltrow cunningly used her own website, Goop, to make the announcement, and the surge of traffic actually managed to crash it for a brief period of time.

However, it seems that even with all that traffic, the site is still bleeding money, which would explain why people connected with the site, such as CEO Seb Bishop, chose to part ways now, while the getting was still good.

“Gwyneth has always thought she had the most perfect life and even though she’s getting a divorce and both of them are getting bad press she doesn’t care,” adds the source who also complains that “She has become insufferable saying how happy she is with the way everything is evolving.”

Incredibly, Gwyneth is making things sound like they turned out exactly as planned and she couldn't be happier. “It’s so ridiculous to listen to her talk as if nothing bad is going on at all for her.  But Gwyneth has always had a protected privileged life and this is no different.”

Her stuck-up attitude has caught the attention of some other celebrities who didn't hesitate to slam her and maybe take her down a peg or two. One of the more outspoken detractors was comedian Joan Rivers who insisted that Paltrow needs to remove that “stick up her rear end.”
