Solid State Drives come in various shapes and sizes, so long as those shapes are variations of rectangles, and the latest series of such products from Green House, or at least one of them, uses one of the smaller form factors, namely mSATA.

There are three drives actually, called mSATA GH-SSD3MA Series (SATA 6.0 Gbps), GH-SSD2MA Series (SATA 3.0 Gbps), and the GH-SSD3HA Series (Half-Slim SATA 6.0 Gbps).

All of them use MLC NAND Flash memory and Phison controllers, but their performance varies by line and capacity.

The GH-SSD3MA and Gbps GH-SSD3HA models can read at up to 470 MB/s and write at 160 MB/s, while the GH-SSD2MA (the SATA 3.0 Gbps one) is limited to 200 MB/s and 120 MB/s.

All SSDs can have 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, and 128 GB capacities.

Sales will start by the end of the month, but prices haven't been discovered yet.
