The number was actually a medley that included a brief moment when Queen Latifah officiated the marriage of 33 couples, both straight and gay, right there at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The segment was meant to raise awareness on the importance of gender equality.
On the red carpet, Madonna showed off her gold grillz and her cane, which made a return from the days when she used to duet with Britney Spears.
She also told Ryan Seacrest that she wanted David to pick out her outfit, which she almost never does, while he gushed that his mom would let him get his own grillz on his next birthday.
