Google is that kind of company that supports any kind of community as long as it promotes social causes, requires help or even wants to help the Mountain View giant reach its goals. Well, don't be too amazed to hear that Google also supports gay communities, having even a special name for all these Google fans: "gayglers". Philipp Lenssen from Google Blogoscoped wrote that the Google gayglers organized a gay pride parade in San Francisco, New York and Madrid. Although there was no official announcement, it seems that the parade took place two weeks ago.

One of the picture contains a link hosted by Google that redirects the users to a special page attached to Google jobs that proves us that the search giant is not making any sort of discrimination. "Welcome Friends of Google Gayglers!" the title of the page says.

"Good people know other good people, and Google is always looking for people with world-class skills to help us fulfill our mission to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful," it is added. "We've hired some great people, some of whom you've already met, but we need more - in dozens of job categories and in multiple locations. If you've ever imagined being able to use your talent, education and skills to benefit hundreds of millions of people around the world, Google might be the place for you."

The website also contains a Google jobs link that redirects the visitors to the official page of the service, allowing them to choose from a considerable number of job openings from every corner of the world. "We encourage excellence at all levels in our organization, and are not influenced by race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, religion, or any other factor irrelevant to doing a great job," the Mountain View company tried to underline its attitude concerning the gayglers.
