Google recently received 20 acres of land in Hyderabad, India to open a new office that will create no more than 4000 jobs. The new Google office will create several job openings for engineers, sales and service specialists, developers and many other roles for the search giant. According to The Hindu, the current Google India offices have approximately 1000 employees and is the second largest facility in the country. It seems that the Google officials received 20 acres of land from the local government after the Google online sales and operations director signed the memorandum of understanding. This document is actually a way to reveal the bilateral agreement between parts, in our case the search giant and the Indian government.

"Google's online sales and operations director Roy Gilbert signed the MoU on behalf of the company while Information Technology department secretary S.K. Joshi represented the State Government. As part of the MoU, the Government will allot 20 acres of land at Kokapet in Rajendranagar mandal to the company, an official press release said. The Chief Minister said such investments would help in accelerating economic growth in addition to providing gainful employment," The Hindu said.

The new Google office is a new sign of evolution not only for the Mountain View company; the Indian residents are now able to work at a famous firm that will surely improve the local service. Imagine that along with Google, a lot of other companies will try to expand into the region, a move able to increase the living conditions of the Indians and offer high salaries and other bonuses. Back in 2006, Google was named as the best company in the world to work for because it provides the best work conditions bundled with high salaries. As you might know, a Google employee can use no more than 20 percent of his work time for individual projects.
