The search solutions are evolving from one week to another, giving users the possibility of locating information much quicker and more efficient.

Google's most recent idea is related to the search procedure for video content, and that is why the Personal Video service was launched. According to Larry Page, co-fonder al Google this service is a video blogging procedure. In other words, users can upload video clips which can be viewed together with friends from all around the world. Google will start this service in a couple of days, and one of the main reasons of its appearance is to check the mechanisms necessary fro a more ambitious project: Google Video.

In January, the company launched a video search service which allows users to view captures from video clips and other types of video files. Moreover, the search engine provides links to other locations where the video clips can be downloaded.

Because the blogging segment is highly appreciated, and Google's blogs are extremely popular, the combination of the two services leads to another successful solution signed by Google. The vlogging project (video-blogging) has already appeared and the leader of the online searches has been interested for some time in the idea of launching such a service, especially since there is no competition in this domain.

There are already objections to the vlogging system because there is no control over the type of video content users can post online. Google officials are not sure about the fate of Personal Video, if it becomes a gallery filled with pornographic material or remains at the "family" album level. Google is counting on the need for experimentation, which is the solution chosen for other controversial services.
