Every once in a while, the Mountain View company encourages users to check the Google Groups discussions in order to find answers for many of their questions instead of contacting Google. The recently released Google News Discussion Group is just an example of how a forum can help the consumers because it stores almost any type of information concerning the news solution provided by Google starting with personalization options and ending with customers' suggestions. Today, Frances Lewis, News Support Team, calls the users one again, saying that the Google News discussion group is a growing community that helps the folks from the Googleplex.

"Got a question about Google News, or are you curious about how to start personalizing your News page to get the stories you care most about? It doesn't matter if you're an avid user or a life-long publisher - we have the place for you. The Google News Discussion Group takes questions of all shapes and sizes. With so many readers out there, it only makes sense to have a home for helping one another use Google News better," Frances Lewis, News Support Team, wrote in the introduction of the invitation.

Google News is surely one of the top products at the Googleplex as it is visited by huge amount of users every day, all of them being hungry for the information provided by approximately 4,500 sources. If you didn't know how it works, Google News receives headlines from a lot of publications from all around the world and publishes them on a single page. However, it still includes a link to the original author so it's a simple way to drive traffic to your news website.

Still, it's very important to provide original content and valuable information to be read on Google News. Otherwise, you might get your website removed from the Google product and lose a valuable source of traffic.
