One more problem caused by Google Video

Google Video is a service that allows users to upload their videos and share them with the entire community. As the product grows up, Google is facing more and more legal challenges created by the copyright infringements.

This time it's Italy's turn, two representatives being under investigation after a video that contains physical aggression of a 17 years old boy was published on the official site of the service.

The two employees are accused of bad checking of the video, each movie being carefully viewed before publishing.

"There was this very disturbing video which was posted on Google Video a couple of weeks ago and we promptly took it down when we were notified. We've been helping Italian police with the investigation and we're happy to cooperate," Google's Rachel Whetstone said.

After they saw the video, authorities put four boys and a teacher under investigation, the students being also suspended for one school year.

This is not the first problem caused by Google Video, the company facing an avalanche of complaints filled against it. Last week, a French film producer said he decided to sue the company after important parts of his latest film were published on Google's service.
