Google Groups represent one of the main attractions for users that are looking for help concerning the search giant's products. Google Groups allows you to post questions about the Google services and receive answers and solutions directly from the company's employees or from the other users of that particular solution. The product was recently released from beta, proving even more features bundled in an attracting interface that helps you use the functions of Google Groups quick and easy.

"Google Groups is all about helping users connect with people, access information, and communicate effectively over email and on the web. Now there's a new version on the block. We didn't want to say it, but yes, it's new and improved. It's got a new look, and there are a lot of great new features. If you're already a Google Groups user, we think you'll like it. Just sign in - all your groups are already there, just waiting for you. If you haven't tried Google Groups yet, why not search, join or create a group? Or better yet, do all three," it is mentioned in the description of the service.

It seems like Google Groups is promoted on multiple Google domains: Friends and family can now collaborate on Google Groups websites on Google UK; Friends and family can now collaborate on Google Groups websites on Google US; Echangez avec vos amis et votre famille grace a Google Groupes on Google France; Con Grupos de Google, familia y amigos tambi?n pueden colaborar on Google Espana.

Some time ago, the company was accused of advertising its products using its own ad platform, AdWords, multiple Google commercials being identified on the search engine result page. Although the procedure was fair from many points of view, it seems like the company tries to avoid potential accusations by placing another type of advertising that is more likely to be read by the users of the search engine.
