Google Docs & Spreadsheets, the main solution that created the search giant's Office suite, gets the first help group since the release of the service. Basically, the help menu is a Google Groups discussion that allows users to post questions or suggestions and receive replies from other members or even from the company's employees. At this time, the Docs & Spreadsheets topic offers quite a few threads, the most important being "How To", "Update", "Suggestions" and "Something is Broken". However, the entire service works like a considerable interactive discussion because the experienced members are able to fix other users' problems quick and easy.

"We cordially invite you to a great place to get the lowdown: our Google Docs & Spreadsheets Help Group. It's a mouthful, we know, but once you get past the lengthy name, the concept is simple. It's a forum where the knowledgeable and the curious meet to discuss Docs & Spreadsheets. From complex questions to new features to bug fixes, people post questions and respond with answers on an innumerable array of topics," Syd and Regina, Google Docs & Spreadsheets Guides, sustained today.

However, Google Groups is not always the best place to search for an answer. For example, the product encountered a lot of problems yesterday when some of the page's elements were quite messed up. Google Groups is often extremely important for a considerable segment of users because it hosts even an AdWords forum that helps registered members of the advertising platform to resolve their problems. Recently, it was reported that numerous AdWords accounts were hacked and several anonymous campaigns were started. Although the company didn't issue any official statement, there were multiple cases reported when the passwords were hacked using an infected Active published on a website.
