The Google solution becomes more efficient

Yesterday, the Mountain View company Google released its long-awaited presentation tool which is supposed to complete the Office suite and compete with the Redmond software firm Microsoft. As you know, the battle is extremely important because the winner can obtain important profits which is obviously the main target for both competitors. Besides money that is the most important aspect of the duel, the leader obtains a remarkable image and assures it of consumers' support. Now, Google Apps is almost a full product since it contains Gmail, Google Talk, Calendar, Docs & Spreadsheets, the recently introduced Presentations and several other tools. And the company's employees admit Google Apps is a successful technology.

"Ever since we launched what was formerly called Google Apps for Your Domain, businesses and other organizations have signed up in droves to take advantage of these communication and collaboration tools. Think of it as a suite of applications that integrates with your custom domain," Pam Saenger, Associate Product Marketing Manager, Google Apps, wrote on the official blog of the company.

"If you've ever struggled to maintain your business's email servers, roll out software upgrades, or try to share documents, Google Apps might be able to help. We have different flavors, too, including a free Standard Edition and a Premier Edition for only $50 per user per year."

Since the Internet users discovered that Google prepares a presentation tool, the office suite powered by the super giant grew a lot in popularity and many consumers talked about it. Now that it is finally available, I'm quite curios to see what happens as more and more customers are choosing to buy a Google Apps account or adopt the free-standard version. But what's more useful is that anybody can use Google Apps and besides all, we can access it using a simple instance of the browser.
