We have been expecting the next-gen Nexus 10 for months now

The next-gen Nexus 10 has been one of the most elusive devices of 2013. We have seen it appear in countless leaks and Android watcher promised the tablet would be making an appearance on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, CES 2014 (curtsey of Samsung). But we all know that didn't happen.

The Nexus 10 16GB version previously went “Out of Inventory” in the Google Play store, and now it appears the 32GB version’s current status in the Store is “Out of Stock” as well.

The Nexus 10 dedicated page says that “the device is not for sale at this time.” But since the 16GB variant hasn't been restocked so far, we could safely assume the same will happen to the 32GB version.

More than that, back in December we had a confirmation coming from a Google official saying the Nexus 10 won’t be restocked once it sells out in the Google Play.

Does this mean we are witnessing the end of the Nexus 10 tablet? I’m certainly still hopeful, but all the contradictory information makes it hard to really understand if a new Nexus 10 ever sees the light of day.
